How to buy a pointing lab puppy
It is strongly recommended that you educate yourself on titles for pointing labs.
If you want a true pointing lab and willing to pay the extra money for a pup the parents should have pointing lab titles from the APLA. For example CP APR MPR or the highest title awarded GMPR. Buyer beware if they don't. Some breeders think because the grandpa was a pointing lab your pup will be. Unless you hunted behind the parents of your pup and pleased with them pointing, they should have APLA titles. There are breeders that don't hunt or test their dogs for performance, but we do and this is why we can afford an unconditional guarantee for 26 months.
